How to Wear Your Clear Aligners
Wear Them Regularly
Make sure you follow Dr. Emerick’s instructions and wear your clear aligners regularly for 20 – 22 hours a day to get the best results.
Maintain Oral Hygiene
To avoid plaque accumulation and to maintain a healthy mouth, keep your teeth and clear aligners clean. Before reusing your aligners, brush your teeth after every meal.
Keep Appointments
Make sure you attend all appointments with both Dr. Emerick and your regular dentist.
